I'm a design manager and product UX lead with 10 years in design and creative work, 6 of them leading product design. I don't stop at screens. I set the direction: the strategy, the system and the roadmap that turn a business bet into a product people actually use.

At Walee, I'm building Fazl from zero. I own the UX strategy, design system and product roadmap, and I'm carrying it from the first sketch through development and into go-to-market. Before this I led design for RozeeGPT.AI at Rozee.pk and consulted on Rizq, a fintech app. That work was judged by the metric it moved, not by the mockups. On the brand side, I designed the web and mobile experience for PSL franchise Pindiz.

I run discovery, make the hard calls on scope, timeline and UX trade-offs, and keep engineering, sales and support aligned on one definition of done. I've also built AI-assisted workflows that shorten the path from insight to prototype, and I bring a cinematic, motion-led eye to everything that ships.
